Season:Summer Weather: Summer has come to Northern Weyr and with it a relief from the icy cold of the harsh winter. Fields have been plowed and stock tended to as time marches towards the fall.
Expectations: With Astoth not due to fly for another turn, and Basteth not due for two turns, the Weyr looks to try and keep their advantage over Southern.
Season:Winter Weather: With the advance of the southern winter comes the hurricanes that are expected. It seems the weather is being nice in that no storms have threatened the Weyr just yet.
Expectations: The eggs harden nicely on the sands and rumor has it they could hatch any day now.

Follow them .Respect everyone on the site whether you like them or not. Do not spam the C-box complaining about people, take it the private messaging system if you must. One complaint about harrassment by another member will get you warned, then deleted after another complaint.
.All major plot lines need to be cleared by the admin. Deaths, skirmishes, battles, flight, and pregnancies need to be cleared by a staff member first.
.No God-moding, Powerplaying, or Perfect characters. The first two will be warned, the third one denied.
.All posts need to be decent lengths. One liners will be automatically flamed and deleted. You don't have to use up all 60,000 characters but a few thousand would be nice. Do NOT make me put a word limit on this board. I will!
.We are a Canon Weyr set several centuries after Aivas destroyed Thread. We have only five colors for dragons and firelizards: Gold, Bronze, Brown, Blue and Green.
.HADs, or Hears All Dragons, will only be accepted with an approved plotline. Men will never be HADs, and rarely will a HAD character be approved anyway.
.Firelizards exist only in the South at this point in time. Northerners feel the firelizards are a waste of time, a sign of how lazy the Southerners have grown. ALL FLITT COLORS, EXCEPT GOLD, ARE BEING ACCEPTED FOR SOUTHERNERS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
.There are no mixing between the Southern Population and the Northern Population. They are deadly enemies at the worst and annoyances to each other at the best.
.Greens may rise as often as you like them too, but they will NEVER clutch so don't even ask. Please let an admin know so they can have it scheduled. Golds will rise once a turn, both flight and clutch will need to be approved by an admin.
.Posts need to be PG-13 or lower in accordance with proboards guidelines. Anything beyond kissing will need to fade to black. If enough people are interested a mature board may be added at a later date.
.All Character profiles will need to be approved by admin. Do NOT post with your character until it's been approved. Make sure you read all relevant information as well.
.We have adoptable character sheets now. If you want one of them, simply post their sheet in your own thread.
. If you are using a profile from another site, remember to edit it correctly. Some things don't exist in this Pern.
.Candidate ages are as follows: Northerners - 13-25, Southerners - As long as they are Searched. All Southern Candidates will need to gain Search status before they stand.
.Golds Impress females only. Bronzes and browns Impress males only. Blues and greens Impress either or. The Northerners allow girls to stand for blues and greens, the Southerners do not. ALL green/blue riding females are in the North, even those who Impressed in the South.
.Women have always ridden gold, it is an accepted role in Southern Weyr. No gold dragon will ever be turned away from Southern shores.
.IC actions = IC consequences
.Please note if you are leaving so you are not deleted. Stolenhart tends to be delete happy.
